JRRBTE33 Series Boiler Tube Expander
This series offer the best value in a bolier expander when flaring tube ends is needed. Each expander has 3 flare rolls and 3 straight rolls.The overlapping flare rolls prevent ridging  of tubes. Use this expander series on tubes 7/8"- 4-1/2" OD with 1/2" to 2-5/8" thick tube sheets.

 A1 Series Boiler Tube Expander
The A1 series is offered for tubes ranging from 7/8" through 4-1/2" OD an can accommodate tube sheet thicknesses of 1/2" to 2-5/8". With 3 straight rolls, this series expander is perfect for parallel rolling tubes when flaring is not required.

JR114 Series Boiler Tube Expander
The JR114 series expanders are versatile expanders. These general purpose expanders used for easy expanding and flaring boiler tubes, water wall, downcomer, economizer.riser, and air heater tubes.This series has 4 expanding rolls (2 long & 2 short) and 2 flaring rolls. These expanders have the ability to be converted for parallel expansion use. The size ranges from 2" through 4-1/2" OD tubes, can be used with 1/2" to 2-5/8" tube sheet thicknesses.

CBEI Beader Boiler Tube Expander
This combination beading expander saves time by expanding and beading tubes in a single operation. CBEI series significantly reduces operator fatigue. Available for 2", 2-1/2", and 3" OD tubes. (Not all gauges supported.)
